Hello, We Are Silly Thing's

The name is Brittney! 29 years young and mother of TWO under TWO!

Needless to say, that I am beyond scared to do this, but SILLY THING’S gives me the opportunity to vent in both a positive and negative way, cry, and even laugh! I love that here I am able to be myself and talk about all of the things that I am feeling or experiencing pertaining to both of my pregnancies, my relationship, my choice to change career paths so late in the game and a few other things that will shape me along the way all while keeping you in the loop with the option to share some of your feelings and views on anything and EVERYTHING parenting.

I am sure that just like everyone else I have my ups and downs, fears, and sometimes a less than pleasant attitude but hey that’s just how it is, and I accept it and roll with the punches!! As does every other parent or caregiver.

At SILLY THING’S we have come to realize that becoming a parent will be one of the hardest things that any individual will ever do in their entire lives. SoOoO we are here to help in any way we can make the journey a bit less stressful and a whole lot sillier.  

Becoming a parent is life-altering more so because this baby will become your entire life… we know that you are more than excited about this JOY RIDE but we also know that you will have to hold on tight, take your time to enjoy the scenery and face all of the Sh!T storms that are bound to happen with grace, style, and effortless fear!!!

Be mindful that these are my genuine cares, fears, joys, and heartbreaks that are being discussed in the forums so be open, receptive and considerate.
